131k into JGC Diesel ownership. Still no out of warranty repairs. That said the lift system has started randomly throwing a code, whenever it decides to. I think it may be related to the battery being ready to replace. I will do that soon. Otherwise 18.7 MPG right now when it gets warmed up at -5 and below then ran at 80mph for a while twice a day isn’t bad, certainly better than the gas v6/v8 would do.
Overall, we’re vehicle shopping to replace this truck, but that means it’ll be my daily and she’ll get a new one. It’s been a solid purchase thus far.

Check all the level sensors on the strut area, I’ve seen them loosen up after some time and throw a code for the corner.
Occasionally the line on the right rear corner has gotten pinched somewhere too though.

That display is disorienting to me.

Yea when it’s warmer I’ll tear in. So far it doesn’t seem to crop up often unless it’s really cold out and it’s being asked to go up and down a lot. (extry/exit -> OR2 -> normal -> Aero -> normal -> entry typestuff).

I’ve seen the service air suspension system immediately warning the other day on sub-zero temperatures, but it went away shortly, and hasn’t come back so far, I figured it was just temperature-related low pressure.
I think I heard somewhere that it is nitrogen filled, and recirculating, but even nitrogen has to drop in pressure a little when the temperature gets that low.

Some versions will actually suck regular air in for makeup if it needs it. QL is such a nightmare if you google it, I almost can’t believe it’s worked exactly as designed for 130+k miles. Auto park lowering on the entire time as well.

That could just be the pump struggling in the cold then.
as long as you aren’t losing air, or the car isn’t getting stuck in positions in normal operations I would just wait til spring or summer and see how it acts.
The air system on the jeeps is fairly decent when you compare it to others, probably the most reliable air system I’ve dealt with.
